Tenders are invited for Procurement of Cleaning and Maintenance of Toilet Blocks on Beaches for Lot 6 for a Period of 36 months. 1. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change (Solid Waste Management Division) is inviting potential Service Providers to submit their bids through the Government eProcurement System for Procurement of Cleaning and Maintenance of Toilet Blocks on Beaches for Lot 6 for a period of Thirty-Six (36) Months. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: SWMD/IFB/2025/199 3. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held as per date and place mentioned in Bid Data Sheet ITB 7.1 of the Bidding Document. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Tuesday 10 February 2026 up to 13.00 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 10 February 2026 as from 16.01 hours (Mauritian Time) till Thursday 12 February 2026 up to 13.00 hours (Mauritian Time). 6. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 12 February 2026 as from 13.01 hours (Mauritian Time) up to 16.00 hours (Mauritian Time).
