Quotation are invited for Fresh Refreshment for Beirut and Mount Lebanon Areas. Deadline: Monday, 19. Jan 2026 Justice Without Frontiers is requesting quotations from qualified service providers for the provision of refreshments for upcoming activities in Beirut and Mount Lebanon Areas. The purpose of this request is to identify a supplier capable of providing fresh, good-quality items in the required quantities. 3- Scope of Refreshments Required 950 Cold Sandwiches (Examples: Kashkawan & Turkey, Rosto, Chicken) 950 Juice (250 ml each) Flavors may include: Mango, Orange, Banana & Strawberry, Pineapple, Cocktail 950 Dessert Items (Examples: Cookies or Cupcakes) All items must be fresh and properly packed. Each package must serve 1 person. No delivery needed, all the packages will be picked up from the store by the person specified by Justice Without Frontiers. 4- General remarks and special conditions: All offered prices must only be indicated in US Dollars. Quotations stated in other currencies will not be considered during the awarding process. The invoice must be official and legal. In case any of the refreshments are found to be not fresh, of poor quality, or not compliant with the agreed specifications, the supplier must replace them at no additional cost. 5- Evaluation: The company must be registered and has a financial number.
