Bidding Components Step1 : Interested agencies/partners to share their interest in the project via email with email subject: [Agencys Name] Expression of Interest in Packaging Design Awards 26 Step2 : KE to invite agencies/partners for a detailed project briefing after the announcement closing date Step 3 : Agencies/partners to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefing. Step 4 : KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan. Step 5 : Awarding agencies/partners to be informed after the evaluation. III. Required Documents Interested Implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for Packaging Design Awards 26.The required documents including: Company Profile Company Registration (e.g.: Patent & VAT Certificates or other licenses with relevant authorities) Concept notes or proposal include brief activities plan and team member profiles The budget plan of program arrangements and timelines Samples of previous projects The expected result of the program IV.
