Development Of Non-Residential Real Estate – This Sourcing Notice, With Exploratory Purposes, Aims To Identify Economic Players Interested In The Development And Operation Of A Combined Rail-Road Transport Terminal On The Ventillon Site, In Fos-Sur-Mer, Within The Grand Port Maritime De Marseille (Gpmm). The Objectives Of This Sourcing Notice For The Gpmm Are To: - (I) Identify Stakeholders Who Could Be Interested In All Or Part Of The Outbuilding Concerned In Order To Primarily Host A Combined Rail-Road Transport Terminal - (Ii) Identify The Projects That Could Be Developed There, - (Iii) Assess The Viability And Know The Profitability Conditions Of The Project(S) Described. The Feedback Will Allow The Gpmm To Better Understand The Profile Of Companies Capable Of Occupying This Dependency In Whole Or In Part, Identify The Type Of Economic Operations And Projects That The Dependency Could Accommodate, Meet Economic Operators In Order To Discuss The Legal And Economic Feasibility Of Their Projects As Well As The Operating Conditions Of The Terminal Which Could Be Proposed (Rights Of Way, Preliminary Investments To Be Made, Amount Of Fees, Type Of Traffic, Traffic Volumes, Etc.)
