The Contract Is Awarded For A Fixed Contract Period Of Four Years. There Is The Option To Subsequently Extend The Contract For Another Year. During The Term Of The Contract, Both Parties Have The Right To Terminate The Contract With A Notice Period Of Three Months. After The Contract Period Has Expired, The Contract Will Be Advertised Again. The Following Basic Parameters Apply To Lunchtime Meals: - Lunchtime Meals Must Be Guaranteed Throughout The Year From Monday To Friday, Except During School Holidays And On School-Free Days. - The Lunch Menu Is Healthy, Balanced And Tailored To The Specific Needs Of Children And Young People (See Part C). - The Caterer Currently Serves The Following Locations: Hinterleisibach, Leumatt, Wüestchäller - The Buchrain Community School Expects 70 To 100 Menus On Monday, Tuesday And Thursday (And The Trend Is Rising), On Wednesday With 30 To 40 Menus And On Friday With 40-60 Menus. The Number Of Menus Can Vary Over The Course Of The School Year. - Lunch Must Be Delivered Ready To Serve Between 11:15 A.M. And 11:45 A.M. - Short-Term Cancellations For The Lunch Menu Will Be Reported By The Buchrain Community School By 8 A.M. On The Day In Question.
