Technical Support Services – Service Contract For The Passenger Name Record Information System – Passenger Name Record (Is Pnr). The Subject Of The Contract Is The Technical Support And Maintenance Of The Passenger Name Record Information System - Passenger Name Record (Hereinafter Referred To As Is Pnr) Under The Jurisdiction Of The Department Of The Ministry Of The Interior Of The Slovak Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As Mvsr), Which Consists Of Two Interrelated Activities, Namely The Support And Maintenance Of Is Pnr, Which Includes Ensuring The Guaranteed Functionality, Reliability And Availability Of Is Pnr In Order To Ensure The Required Level Of Service Availability And The Rapid Elimination Of Potential Problems Without A Negative Impact On Operations Is Pnr And From Further Possible Modification, Which Includes Modernization And/Or Expansion Of Functionality, Which May Be Forced By Future Legislative Changes, Changes In Work Procedures Or Modification Of Interfaces For External Systems With Which The Information System Integrates Or Can Integrate, In Accordance With The National Concept Of Informatization Of Public Administration And Other Related Relevant Documents Adopted By The Government Of The Slovak Republic.
