Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Personal Protective Equipment, Work And Protective Clothing, And Work And Safety Footwear For The Companys Needs Fabryka Wody Sp. Z O. O. At Ul. 1 Maja 41 In Szczecin
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery - According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party - Of Personal Protection Centers, Work And Protective Clothing As Well As Work And Protective Footwear To The Facility Of Fabryka Wody Sp. Z O.O. In Szczecin, Located At Ul. 1 Maja 41, 71-627 Szczecin, In The Quantities And Assortment Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Method Of Its Implementation, The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, As Well As The Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To This Swz.2. The Contractor Will Each Time Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Facility Located In Szczecin At Ul. 1 Maja 41 In A Way That Ensures Its Integrity And Integrity, With Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk.3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Unload The Goods And Bring Them To The Place (Room) Indicated By The Ordering Party. Until The Subject Of The Order Is Delivered To The Ordering Party, The Risk Of Possible Damage Or Loss Is Borne By The Contractor. 4. Deliveries Will Be Made: 1) Successively, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Placing An Order Via E-Mail, 2) Within No Longer Than 3 Business Days From Submitting The Demand For The Product Range Without The Ordering Partys Logo And 7 Business Days From Submitting The Demand For The Product Range With The Ordering Partys Logo, The Size And Range Of The Assortment Of Each Delivery Will Result From The Ordering Partys Instructions; However, The Contractor Will Each Time Be Obliged To Confirm Receipt Of The Delivery Order Electronically (E-Mail),3) On Business Days (Five Days A Week, Monday To Friday) From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M.
