The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road In The Town Of Zbiczno Towards Ciche, Zbiczno Commune, In The District Road No. 1805C.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Construction Of A 2,523 M Long And 2.5 M Wide Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With A Bituminous Surface, 2) Reconstruction Of The Bridge Over The Cichówka Watercourse, 3) Construction Of Exits, 4) Construction Of Roadsides, 5) Culverts, 6) Construction Of Lighting In The Form Of Hybrid Lamps (4 Pcs.) 7) Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization, 8) Strengthening Of Slopes With Openwork Slabs, 9) Felling Of Trees And Bushes10) Geodetic Inventory3. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Create And Maintain Construction Facilities, 2) Participate In Coordination Meetings, 3) Develop, At His Own Expense, A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works Covered By This Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 4) Mark The Work Site In Accordance With The Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Maintain This Marking In Proper Condition Throughout The Construction Period, 5) Notify And Agree With The Owners Of External Devices Located In The Road, The Rules For Carrying Out The Works, Together With Ordering The Necessary Supervisions Work Carried Out, In Accordance With Industry Agreements, If Necessary, Industry Agreements And Technical Conditions Should Be Updated, 6) Ensuring Surveying Services For The Construction Site, In Particular Performing An Open-Air Inventory And Performing An As-Built Inventory, 7) Preparing As-Built Documentation In 1 Copy In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version (On A Cd/Dvd Or Electronic Storage Medium) And Materials Necessary To Notify About The Completion Of Construction Of A Building Or An Application For Granting An Occupancy Permit.4.
