The Entire Project/Task Titled: Construction Of An Intermodal Transfer Center With A Parking Lot And A Community Center Along With The Necessary Technical And Accompanying Infrastructure In Wapnica Is Planned To Be Implemented In 3 Stages, Due To The Type Of Land Use And Function, Including: Stage 1 Entitled Development Of High-Quality Public Transport In The Ppk Area - Construction Of An Intermodal Transfer Center With Accompanying Infrastructure In Wapnica; Stage 2 - Construction Of A Community Center With Facilities, Stage 3 - Recreation And Relaxation Area. Technical And Executive Designs Were Prepared For The Entire Project, Taking Into Account The Scope Of Work For Each Selected Stage, Along With Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Stwior. Stage 1 (Covered By These Proceedings) Aims To Build A Park And Ride Parking Lot, Which Will Ensure Integration With Public Public Transport. The Parking Lot Is Located On Part Of Plot 196/3 On The Outskirts Of The Town Of Wapnica In The M-Je Commune, On Road No. 802016Z In The Vicinity Of The Bus Stop Bay. Stage I Was Designed To Develop The Area Of The Southern Part Of The Plot, Including: 1) Leveling The Area With The Construction Of Designed Terrain Slopes; 2) Removing Collisions With The Existing Technical Infrastructure, 3) Making Connections And Installation Of External Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage Systems, Water Supply Systems, Electricity And Telecommunications Systems In Accordance With The Drawing Attachment, 4) Construction Of An Empty Sewage System For Telecommunications Purposes And The Sewage Systems Of Future Electric Car Charging Stations, 5) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces: Access Roads, Pedestrian And Bicycle Communication Paths And Squares, As Well As Field Stairs, 6) Construction Of Parking Lots And Allocation Of Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, 7) Separation And Arrangement Of Low-Lying Green Areas And Construction Planting High Greenery,8) Construction Of A Garbage Shelter And A Bicycle Shelter And A Bicycle Repair Station,9) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements: Seats, Tables, Waste Bins, Information Boards, Etc. 10) Installation Of A Fence,11) Installation Of An External Lighting System.
