1) The Main Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Reconstruction Of The Road In The Existing Right-Of-Way With A Total Length Of 462.0 M And A Width Of 5.5 - 10.0 M, Construction Of Substructures For Bus Bays, Parking Bays And Parking Bays, Sidewalks And A Bicycle Path, Relocation Of Sewage Wells And Construction Of New Sewers, Relocation Of Lighting Poles And Supplementation With Lighting Poles, Construction Of A Sewer Technological, Construction Of New Road Surfaces, Sidewalk, Bus Bays, Parking Bays And A Bicycle Path, B) Construction Of A 223 M Long Road With The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, A Technological Canal, A Rainwater Drainage System, Road Lighting, Removal Of Conflicts With The Electrical Network. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. It Is Not Required, But Provided For, That The Contractor May Inspect The Site Before Submitting The Offer. Due To The Fact That The Order Covers Works In A Publicly Accessible Area, The Contractor May Carry Out A Site Visit On His Own. 2) Accessibility For Disabled People: The Facility Created As A Result Of The Implementation Of This Order Is Intended For All Users, In Particular It Will Facilitate Movement For People With Mobility Disabilities. 3) The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing The Indicated Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Performing Road, Electrical And Sanitary Works Related To The Construction Of A Technological Canal. 4) Task Co-Financed By European Funds For Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021-2027.
