1.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Assortment In The Indicated Quantities To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E.: 1) Primary School No. 1. Laryska 101, 41-404 Mysłowice 5) Primary School 15 With Bilingual Departments Named After Alfreda Szklarski In Mysłowice, Ul. Piastów Śląskich 8, 41-408 Mysłowice In Accordance With The Material And Quantity Statement For Each Part Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The Above-Mentioned Schools, At His Own Expense, Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, And To Unload, Arrange And Assemble/Install Them (If Applicable) In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Equipment Is The Property Of The Contractor And Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Is Not Subject To Third Party Rights, And Is Free From Third Party Claims And Is Not The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Equipped With User Documentation In Polish And Be Marked With The Ce Mark, Have A Ce Certificate Or A Ce Declaration Of Conformity. 1.4. Providing The Equipment With Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Product (If They Are Required For The Proper Operation Of The Product). 1.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes Devices Subject To 0% Vat - In Accordance With Art. 83 Section 1 Point 26 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services. The Ordering Party Declares That The Equipment Subject To 0% Vat And Delivered As Part Of The Order Will Be Used For Teaching Purposes
