Tenders Are Invited For Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building - School Complex In Pichlice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction, Assembly And Supply Works As Part Of The Task: Thermal Modernization Of A Public Building - School Complex In Pichlice. The Task Is Carried Out In The Design-Build Formula.2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active School Facility, Therefore The Contractor: 1) Will Perform Loud And Noisy Works After School Opening Hours, I.E. From 3 P.M. To 10 P.M. Or On School Holidays, 2) Will Ensure That The Works Are Performed Without Interrupting Traffic In The Facility And In A Manner That Does Not Disorganize Work On The Facilitys Premises; 3) Will Ensure The Protection Of Communication Routes Leading To The Construction Site In Order To Protect The Existing Floor Coverings; Will Ensure Ongoing Cleaning Of The Construction Site.3. The Task Includes In Particular: 4) Pre-Design Stage: A) Getting Acquainted With The Energy Audit Held By The Ordering Party, B) Obtaining Or Preparing Starting Materials For Design, Including Those Necessary To Submit An Application For A Building Permit Or Reporting Construction Works, Depending On Legal Requirements, C) Obtaining A Final Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, If Necessary, D) Carrying Out A Site Visit (Before Commencing The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order) In Order To Detail The Necessary Works Construction, Construction And Assembly, Installation And Other In The Building, E) Development Of The Initial Design Concept, Including The Color Concept Of The Facade And Its Agreement With The User Of The Facility And The Ordering Party Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, 2) Design Stage: A) Preparation Of The Required Construction Designs, Technical Designs And Cost Estimates In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 R. Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (In The Scope Of Investment Implementation) - B) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Final Decision On A Building Permit/Notification Of Construction Works, If Required, C) Preparing, After The Completion Of Construction And Assembly Works, As-Built Design Documentation For All Modernizations Carried Out As Part Of The Investment, D) Developing The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specifying The Standards (Quality) Of Construction Works, Taking Into Account The Properties That The Products Should Have / Construction Materials To Be Used To Perform The Described Construction Works (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program), E) Performing Authors Supervision. 3) Construction And Assembly Stage: Performance
