The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence In The Period From January 26, 2026 To December 30, 2025, As A Task Commissioned In The Field Of Government Administration, Implemented By The Commune Pursuant To Art. 50 Section 7 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005. On The Types Of Specialist Care Services And Qualifications Of Persons Providing Such Services For People With Mental Disorders, The Principles And Procedure For Determining And Collecting Fees For These Services, As Well As The Conditions For Partial Or Total Exemption From Fees (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 189, Item 1598, As Amended) For Beneficiaries Of The Social Welfare Center In Śliwice.2. The Services Will Be Provided At The Beneficiarys Place Of Residence For 4 To 20 Hours Per Month For One Disabled Person.3. Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence Provided To The Residents Of The Śliwice Commune Include 13 Children.4. The Estimated Number Of Hours To Complete The Order Is Approximately 1,800 Hours.5. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom The Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Are Entitled To Assistance And The Scope Of This Assistance. 6. The Ordering Party Assumes That The Service Hour Is One Clock Hour (I.E. 60 Minutes). The Time Of One Hour Of Providing Specialist Care Services Does Not Include The Time Of Reaching Or Commuting To The Recipient Or Returning After The Service Has Been Performed. The Services Provided Should Be Provided On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On The Types Of Specialist Care Services (Journal Of Laws 2005, No. 189, Item 1598, As Amended), And In Particular, Consisting In: Conducting Sensory Integration, Developing Communication Skills, Practicing Fine Motor Skills, Developing Communication And Concentration Skills, Conducting Exercises To Develop Coordination.
