1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Laboratory Glassware. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of Materials, Was Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Explains That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Annex 2, Was Prepared On The Basis Of The Analysis Of Applications Submitted Over The Last 12 Months For The Supply Of Laboratory Glass, Which Are Used, Among Others, For: To Implement The Projects Indicated In Chapter Ii Section 8.3. Due To The Inability To Predict The Actual Needs Related To The Progress Of Research Work, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Terms Of Type In The Assortment And Price Form Within The Limits Of The Contractual Remuneration Referred To In § 4 Section 1 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz), As Well As The Possibility Of Not Using The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quantity And Value, But Not Exceeding 50% Of The Remuneration Value.4.
