The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Successive Deliveries Of Detergents And Disinfectants For Washing Machines Used By The Vocational Activities Plant In Włocławek, Together With The Provision Of A System And Technological Devices For The Preparation And Distribution Of These Agents In 2026. The Order Includes In Particular: A) Purchase And Delivery Of Detergents And Disinfectants Including Washing And Chemical-Thermal Disinfection At Temperatures From 30 Degrees Celsius, Produced In Accordance With The Principles Of Sustainable Development And 95% Biodegradable; B) Installing A Central Dosing System For Washing Machines; C) Technical And Service Support For The Central Dosing System, Owned By The Ordering Party; D) Conducting Professional Training In The Field Of Dosing Detergents And Operating The Dosing System - 4 Times A Year. The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of The Order Implementation And The Estimated Amount Of Funds Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 9 To This Tor And In Draft Contractual Provisions, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. All Parameters Given In Annex 9 To The Swz Should Be Treated As Minimum.2. Quality Standards:1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, Through His Own Efforts, All Information Needed To Prepare The Offer And Sign The Contract.3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Set Out In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Has Been Admitted To Commercial Circulation And Has Valid Documents Required By Law, Confirming Approval For Use In Poland, As Well As Meets Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters), Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4) The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That No Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Is For Informational Purposes Only. 5) The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Products Provided That They Guarantee Technical And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Will Have The Required Appropriate Approvals, Certificates Or Approvals And Will Ensure The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Expectations And Requirements Specified In The Tor.
