1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Telecommunications Services In The Field Of: Mobile Telephony Services (Voice Activations, Voice Activations + Data Transmission, Data Transmission Activations), Lte/Gprs/Edge/Hsdpa And Wireless Internet Access Services In Gprs/Edge/Hsdpa/Hsupa,Hspa+/Lte Technology.2. The Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Material And Price Form.3. The Ordering Party Will Use At Least 80% Of The Order Quantity. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Connections In Full, I.E. In The Quantities Indicated In The Table Above, And To Discontinue The Provision Of Telecommunications Services To Some Users Specified In Table No. 1. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Connections, Should Such A Need Arise.4. The Number Of Individual Services Given In The Price Form Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Its Entirety, I.E. In The Quantities Indicated In The Price Form, Without The Need To Change The Contract. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. The Contractors Final Remuneration Will Depend On The Number Of Connections Made During The Contract Period And Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Unit Prices In The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right If There Is A Need To Increase The Scope Of The Order. 5. The Size Of The Order Under The Option Right Is Presented In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. An Order Under The Option Right Will Be Processed After Using The Basic Order (Quantity) In Individual Items Of The Price Form. The Rules For The Execution Of An Order Covered By The Option Right Will Be The Same As Those Applicable To The Execution Of The Basic Order. The Order Covered By The Option Right Will Be Executed At The Prices Of The Basic Order6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use Telecommunications Services That Are Not Listed In The Item And Price Form And Are Provided By The Contractor As Part Of Its Business Activities In The Field Of Mobile Telephony Services And Wireless Data Transmission.7. Telecommunications Services Not Listed In The Ordering Partys Item And Price Form And Provided By The Contractor Under This Contract Will Be Settled Based On The Actual Use Of These Services And In Accordance With The Contractors Applicable Price List, Which Constitutes An Annex To The Terms Of Reference And An Integral Part Of The Contract.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.9. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.10. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intend
