Quotation are invited for Procurement Request for the Supply & Delivery of Laboratory Consumables (Certified Reference Material (CRMS)/ Control Cultures) for the Microbiology Laboratory at the NSI Testing Centre for a Period of Three (3) Years. nnex 1 Refer to Annex 1 for the list of laboratory consumables (Certified Reference Material (CRMs)/ Control Cultures) to be procured under this submission - Since The total quantities specified in Annex 1 column have to be supplied to the Testing Centre in the respective years as indicated in Annex 1, column I, J and K (projection made based on the current stock levels in the laboratory and expiry dates). - Certified Reference Materials (CRMs)/ Control cultures are to be supplied to the laboratory in two (2) consignments per year. - An annual purchase order will be issued to the supplier in each year as per below table. - Annual price escalations for the year 2027 and 2028 shall be within prevailing inflationary rates. Annex 2 Purchase Orders (PO) Procurement Years Consignment Dispatch Periods 1 Year 1: 2026 1 2 January - June July - December 2 Year 2: 2027 1 2 January - June July - December 3 Year 3: 2028 1 2 January - June July - December - Items that are brand specific in annex 1 are based on existing laboratory validated methods to ensure consistent laboratory method performance within validated and accredited method performance parameters.
