On-Island Contractors Onlythe Objective Of The Scheme Is To Demolish The Existing Concrete Deck, Beams And Columns And Support The Historic Pier Ahead Of A Future Stabilisation Project.The Contractor To Undertake The Duties Of Principle Contractor In Line With The Jersey Management In Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016.To Undertake The Following Construction Activities:· Remove And Make Safe Any Existing Utilities On Or Under The Concrete Deck, Historic Lighting Columns To Be Retained For Later Re-Use;· Demolish The Concrete Deck, Beams And Concrete Columns· Demolish Existing Concrete Stairs· Install Temporary Propping To Historic Pier Wall· Install New Coping To Piers Edge And Make Good Surfacing· Install New Temporary Edge Protection To The Historic Pieron-Island Contractors Only
