The Investment Provides For The Construction Of Photovoltaic Systems In Four Of The Social Services, An Activity Delegated By The State. The Implementation Of The Project Will Increase Energy Efficiency, Reduce Energy Dependence And Promote The Production Of Renewable Energy And Support The Transition To Clean Mobility In Line With The Repowereu Plan, The European Solar Strategy And The Eu Green Deal. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is: The Aim Of The Investment Is To Increase Energy Efficiency And Reduce Energy Dependency In The Social Services Sector Through Two Complementary Components: Installing Photovoltaic Systems In Social Services. The Scope Of The Public Procurement For The Site Includes: Designing; Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Including All Activities Laid Out In All Parts Of The Developed Technical Project; Exercise Of Author Supervision During Cmp. Activity 1 - Development Of An Investment Project: Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase In Compliance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.5.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. With The Current Design Specifications, The Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase Is Foreseen, The Minimum Requirements For Their Scope And Content Are Defined, Which The Designer Must Comply With. Apart From The Requirements Listed Below, The Designer May Apply Any Other Graphic And Textual Materials That He Considers May Be Useful To The Employer. The Project Must Be Developed In Accordance With Art. 139, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The 3Ut And Must Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, As Well As All Other Legal And By-Laws In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria. Activity 2 - Implementation Of The Smr For The Implementation Of The Construction Of The Site: The Contractor Must Ensure A Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Implementation And Completion Of The Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Current Technical Specifications And The Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Applicable Regulatory Documents And The Contract For This Order.
