The Scope Of The Present Public Procurement Includes Technical Maintenance Of 72 Railway Switches To Support The Maintenance Of The Same In Operating Conditions, As It Is Necessary To Ensure The Design Speeds For Train Movement And The Corresponding Implementation Of The Train Movement Schedule While Guaranteeing Safe And Accident-Free Train Movement. The Technical Maintenance Of The Railway Switches And Switchgear Will Be Carried Out On The Territory Of The Septemvri, Pazardzhik, Ognyanovo, Stamboliyski And Todor Kableshkov Stations. Main Activities Including Technical Maintenance Of The Arrows: Check And Adjust: Pyrrole Roller System; Spring Rocker For Arrows 49E1/60E1; Power Transmission System Hydrolink (Hydrolink®); Spherolok Type Lock; Limit Switch Ie2010 I. Establishing The Current Technical Condition Of The Arrows: Gauge In Lingual, Intermediate And Cross Part; Measuring Grooves In The Lingual Part; Measurement Of Gutter Cross-Section And Guide Distance; Measure Wear On Tongue, Shoulder Rail, Crosspiece. Service: Spherolok Type Lock - Greasing; Power Transmission System Hydrolink® (Hydrolink®) - Topping Up Oil, Changing Seals And Others. Repair Activities: Grinding; Boiling; Adjustment Of Chutes Intersection And Leading Distance - Replacement Of Damaged Fasteners And Other Elements In Case Of Need. Technical Service Is Carried Out Every Two Months By The Contractor According To A Previously Prepared Schedule, Agreed Upon By Both Parties. The Repair Activities Are Carried Out In Full Accordance With The Normative Documents Of The State Railways Of Ukraine And Under The Control Of A Representative Of The Plovdiv Railway Section.
