This Preliminary Announcement Concerns The Intention To Launch A Public European Tender For The Carrying Out Of Major Maintenance On The N764 Zwolle-Kampen. This Work Consists Of Several Road Sections That Require Maintenance. The Project Area Includes Approximately 19.7 Km Of Road And Bicycle Facilities, Consisting Of: • Main Carriageway: 7.0 Km • Parallel Road: 3.0 Km • Cycling Street (S Heerenbroek – Ijsselmuiden): 3.3 Km • Cycling Paths: 6.4 Km The Assignment Includes: • Major Maintenance Of Asphalt Pavements (Application Of Intermediate And Covering Layers); • Traffic Measures, Phasing And Temporary Traffic Facilities; • Work On Bicycle Facilities And Bicycle Street; • Coordination With Involved Stakeholders And Interface Projects. The Award Criterion For The Tender Is Emvi (Economically Most Advantageous Tender), Whereby The Winning Tender Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio. The Qualitative Sub-Award Criteria (Quality Criteria) Will Be Included In The Tender Guidelines. A Regular Agreement Will Be Entered Into Based On Raw Specifications Under Uav 2012 (Version 2025). The Aim Of This Advance Announcement Is To Inform Market Parties In A Timely Manner About The Upcoming Invitation To Tender, So That They Can Take Into Account The Required Capacity For Preparation And Registration. Regular Tender Periods Will Be Used. The Tender Including The Tender Guidelines Will Be Published On January 19, 2026 And Registrations Can Be Submitted No Later Than March 5, 2026, 1:00 Pm. The Implementation Period (Realization) For The Main Assignment Is Roughly From July To September 2026. In Addition, The Preliminary Planning Is That The Partial Assignment Of The Molenbrug Section Must Be Completed In The Period From August 30 To September 17, 2027.
