The Vehicle Must Be Inspected And Maintenance Services Must Be Available In Joensuu. The Vehicle Must Be Delivered In Joensuu, At The Place Specified By The Customer By March 16, 2026. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Procurement Process Is Entirely In Finnish. The Vehicle Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities, E.G. In Terms Of Structure, Equipment, Occupational And Fire Safety, And Electrical Safety.
