Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Routine Maintenance And Small Restoration Services Of Green Spaces To Be Carried Out On Part Of The Paris Habitat Heritage, Reserved For Structures Of Integration Through Economic Activity Employing A Proportion Of 50% Disadvantaged Workers - 1 Lot. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Routine Maintenance And Minor Restoration Services Of Green Spaces To Be Carried Out On Part Of The Paris Habitat Heritage, Reserved For Integration Structures Through Economic Activity Employing A Proportion Of 50% Disadvantaged Workers (1 Lot) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L2113-13 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Includes A Part With A Global And Fixed Price And A Part With Unit Prices Processed By Purchase Orders In Accordance With Articles R 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code.
