Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Revitalization Of The Podhoran Building In Bystřice Pod Hostýnem – Project Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Creation Of Project Documentation For The Revitalization Of The Former Podhoran Hotel On Masaryk Square In Bystřice Pod Hostýnem For The Needs Of The City Library And The City Office, The Establishment Of Short-Term Accommodation And A Public Toilet. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Performance Of Engineering Activities And The Performance Of Authors Supervision Throughout The Execution Of The Construction Works, To The Extent Specified In The Tender Documentation And Its Appendices. The Original Building Was Designed As A Large-Capacity Hotel With Its Own Restaurant Facilities, The Building Is Currently Unused And In A State Of Disrepair. The Building Is Located In The City Center In Close Proximity To The City Hall. The Floor Plan Of The Building Is In The Shape Of The Letter U With An Internal Atrium, The Main Entrance To The Building Is From The South Side To The Area Of The Square. It Is A Full-Basement Civic Amenities Building With Three Above-Ground And One Underground Floors, Roofed With A Flat Roof With Attics Protruding Above The Roof Level. The Built-Up Area Of The Building Is 1128.75 M2 And It Is Based On Reinforced Concrete Footings, The Support System Consists Of A Reinforced Concrete Skeleton With A Module Of 6 M With A Walled Perimeter Shell And Brick Partitions.
