Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - Reconstruction Of The Jod-Sole Thermal Baths In Bad Bevensen - Redesign Of The Jod-Sole Healing Pool And Jod-Sole Vitalatrium: Planning Services For Technical Equipment, System Groups 1, 2, 3 And 7. The Client Is The Operator Of The Jod-Sole-Therme In Bad Bevensen, Which Has One Of The Largest Bathing Areas In Northern Germany With A Sauna Facility, Wellness Center And A Practice For Physical Therapy. The Thermal Baths Are Located In The Spa Center Of Bad Bevensen, Embedded In The Extensive Spa Park On The Ilmenau. Bad Bevensen Has Been A State-Recognized Mineral Spa Since 1976. Every Year, Over 300,000 Guests From All Over Germany, Especially From The Greater Hamburg Area And The Surrounding Area, Visit The Thermal Baths. The Subject Of The Project Is The Renovation Of The Outdoor Area With The Outdoor Pool And The Inner Courtyard With The Iodine Brine Pool (Project). The Project Is To Be Completed In Two Consecutive Construction Phases As Follows: Construction Phase 1: Redesign Of The Iodine-Brine Healing Outdoor Pool With Cold-Warm Therapy (Construction Period 2027-2028) Construction Phase 2: Redesign Of The Iodine-Brine Vitalatrium With Iodine-Brine Inhalation (Construction Period 2028-2029) Since The Two Construction Phases Are Planned Uniformly, They Are Viewed As A Uniform Object Within The Meaning Of The Hoai. To Prepare For The Project, The Client Commissioned A Feasibility Study. This Essentially Corresponds To The Planning Status Of Service Phase 2 According To Hoai For Property Planning, Without There Being A Claim To The Full Provision Of Preliminary Planning Services. In Particular, An Initial Cost Estimate Has Also Been Created. Specialist Planning Services Have Not Yet Been Provided. The Planning And Design Principles Of The Feasibility Study Are Binding For Further Planning. For The Client, The Competence Related To Implementation Planning And Construction Supervision As Well As Cost And Deadline Tracking Is Of Particular Importance. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision Of The Specialist Planning Services Required For The Project, Technical Equipment, System Groups 1, 2, 3 And 7 In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai. The System Technology In System Group 7 Consists In Particular Of (Salt) Bathing Water Technology. Their Planning Is The Subject Of This Tender. As An Initial Orientation, The Client Has Included Some Central Considerations On The Required Planning Services In The Document Requirements For Swimming Water Technology. The Bidders Must Offer: • All Basic Services In Accordance With The Hoai; • All Special Services, Insofar As These Are Necessary According To The Respective Planning Status To Achieve The Planning And Monitoring Objectives (§ 650P Para. 1 Bgb), In Particular The Planning And Monitoring Objectives That Are Described In The Project Description And The Document Requirements For Bathing Water Technology. In Particular, All Necessary Services Related To (Salt) Bathing Water Technology Must Be Offered. The Special Services Must Be Shown And Priced Separately In The Offer. The Spa Company Intends To Initially Commission Service Phases 2-4. In This Respect, The Conclusion Of A Phased Contract Is Planned. A Pro Rata Fee Should Be Paid For The Project
