Load-Bearing Structure Design Services – Bornheide Community Center Climate Facade And Pv Structural Planning. On The Property With An Area Of ​​22,706M² There Are Several Parts Of The Building, Such As The Main Building With The Event Area, The Caretakers House And Another Five Parts Of The Building, Which Are Arranged Identically In The Eastern Area, According To The Attached Site Plan. The Color Concept For The Individual Parts Of The Building Is Important For Orientation And Is Also Part Of The Community Centers Guidance System. In Preparation, The Existing Facades Of The Main Building With The Event Area And The Five Identical Parts Of The Building Are To Be Partially Renovated; This Includes Professionally Restoring The Damaged Façade Areas And Refinishing Them In The Colors According To The Existing Color Concept. The Roof Surfaces Are Cleaned In Preparation For The Pv Systems And Repaired As Necessary. The Facades Of The Five Identical Building Parts, As Well As Parts Of The Facade Of The Event Area, Here The Left Part Of The Red House, Are To Receive A Climate Facade. The Climate Facade Is Intended To Additionally Protect The Thermal Insulation System Facade From Vandalism And Contribute To Summer Thermal Protection. The 2Nd Rw From The Units Cannot Be Installed. Three Buildings Of Identical Building Types Will Receive Additional Steel Trusses That Will Be Run Over The Roof Surfaces To Accommodate The Loads Of The Planned Pv Systems. Two Of The Identical Building Types, Which Consist Of A Wooden Structure, Will Not Receive A Pv System. A Preliminary Dimensioning Of The Construction Was Compiled In The Feasibility Study And These Should Be Incorporated And Continued In The Planning. Technically, The House Connection Room In The Main House Should Be Prepared For The Pv System. The Area For This Is Available And Should Be Included In Further Planning. Additional Storage For The Pv System Is Also Provided. The Connection Of The Power Lines From The Individual Houses, Which Will Be Equipped With The Pv Systems, Is Present In The Existing Building And Takes Place In The Main House. The Current Color Concept Of The Building Parts Is Taken Into Account By The Respective Facade Painting. No New Concept Should Be Created. The Second Skin, Here The Climate Facade, Is Not Painted. However, The Wood Will Be Treated For Greater Longevity. This Will Be Examined Separately In The Further Planning Process. A Feasibility Study Has Already Been Carried Out For The Climate Facade With The Pv System And This Should Be Used As A Size
