The City Of Marbach Am Neckar Is Planning To Build A New Fire Station In The Rielingshausen District, As The Existing Fire Station On Paul-Gerhard-Straße Has No Development Opportunities For The Urgent Need For Expansion In The Spatial Context. The New Building At A More Suitable Location Is Intended To Replace The Existing Fire Station. The New Rielingshausen Fire Station Area Is Located Northwest Of The Rielingshausen Town Center, Adjacent To A Residential Development On Agricultural Land. The Planned Construction Project Is To Be Built On Parcels 2808, 2809 And 2810 In Marbach-Rielingshausen As Well As On The Traffic Areas Of The Main Road L 1124 / Parcel 417/0. The Plan Is To Build A Fire Station In Accordance With The Current Din 14092-1:2024-06 With Four Vehicle Boxes For 66 Fire Department Members. The City Of Marbach Am Neckar, Like Many Municipalities At The Moment, Is In An Economically Struggling State. We Are Therefore Looking For A Building That Is Efficient And Economical In All Aspects Such As Materials, Maintenance And Spatial Planning. The Subject Of The Present Procedure Is Therefore The Awarding Of Planning Services For The Technical Building Equipment, System Groups 4, 5 And 8 (Electrical) In Service Phases 1-8 In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai In Conjunction With Annex 15.1 To The Hoai For The New Construction Of The Rielingshausen Fire Station In The City Of Marbach. A Gradual Assignment Is Intended; There Is No Entitlement To Further Assignment. According To Current Planning, The City Of Marbach Is Assuming Provisional Billable Manufacturing Costs Totaling Around Eur 3.45 Million Net (Kg 200 To 700 According To Din 276-1:2018-12). For The Electrical Technical Building Equipment, Billable Manufacturing Costs Of Roughly Eur 370,000 Net Are Currently Assumed. The City Of Marbach Has Funding Available For The Measure. The Stated Eligible Manufacturing Costs Are Provisional As Of October 2025. The City Of Marbach Am Neckar Is Aiming To Optimize These Costs. Planning Should Begin As Quickly As Possible After The Contract Has Been Awarded. Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In The First Quarter Of 2028. Commissioning Should Take Place By The Beginning Of 2030 At The Latest.
