The Overall Construction Project Is Divided Into The Construction Phases Hic-Proving Ground, Hic-Office And Hic-Lab. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Planning Services For Hic-Lab And Hic-Office. Hic Office: Office Area Of The Center With Areas For The Hic Organization, Meeting Rooms, Conference And Training Areas As Well As Flexibly Rentable Offices For Start-Ups And Smes. Hic-Lab: Hall And Technical Area With Laboratory Areas For Fuel Cell/Electrolysis And System Test Benches, Vehicle Areas, Workshop Areas, Rentable Laboratories As Well As Delivery And Ancillary Areas. The Buildings Are To Be Embedded In A Highly Specialized Hydrogen Infrastructure On The Chemnitz Hydrogen Campus. For Hic-Lab, Laboratory And Technical Areas With Media Supplies (Including Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Cooling And Di Water, Electrical Energy), High Requirements For Explosion Protection Measures, Operational Safety And Flexible Retrofitting Must Be Designed. Hic-Office Is To Be Planned As A Modern, Flexible-Use Office And Communication Environment With A High Quality Of Stay And Suitable Space For Knowledge Transfer, Events And Rental. The Client Intends To Commission A Planner With Service Phases From Lph 1 Up To And Including Lph 8 Of The Property Planning Service “Buildings And Interiors” As Well As Outdoor Facilities In Stages And Optionally With Consulting Services In Building Physics, Surveying And Fire Protection For Both Construction Phases.
