The Municipality Of La Plagne Tarentaise Wishes To Continue The Regularization Of The Land Rights Of Its Road Network Declared Of Public Utility By Prefectural Decree. In Order To Take Into Account The Land Aspects Linked To This Operation, The Municipality Is Requesting A Land Mission Bringing Together All The Actions To Be Undertaken Necessary To Obtain This Regularization. This Land Mission Includes Topographical Surveys Of Municipal Roads Remaining To Be Regularized, Acquisition Procedures Amicably And/Or By Expropriation If Necessary, With The Establishment Of A Plot Investigation Procedure By Phase And According To The Provisional Planning For The Production Of A New Dup File.
