The Service Includes The Creation Of Scenography, Sound, Lighting And Streaming Of The Events, As Well As The Supply Of The Necessary Material And Infrastructure..Technical Assistance, Assembly And Disassembly Of The Acts Of The Department Of Economy And Finance Outside The Facilities Of The Administrative District, As Well As Adaptation According To The Requirements Of Each Act. The Service Includes The Realization Of The Scenography, The Sound, The Lighting And The Streaming Retransmission Of The Events, As Well As The Supply Of The Material And The Necessary Infrastructure. The Events Referred To By The Object Of This Contract Are Of A Different Nature: Press Conferences, Meetings, Institutional Presentations And Other Events Of A Similar Nature That Take Place Outside The Sites Facilities Administrative District. The Object Of This Contract Will Involve The Provision Of The Following Actions: A) The Technical Coordination Of The Assembly And Disassembly Of The Acts, As Well As The Resolution Of Any Incident That May Occur, Derived From The Aforementioned Works. B) The Coordination Of The Logistics Necessary To Carry Out The Acts, Especially When Other Suppliers Are Involved. And Infrastructure Type Pop-Up Or Similar Necessary For The Visual Communication And Corporate Image Of Institutional Events. D) The Assembly And Editing Of The Audio And Video Signals Of The Audiovisual Events In Order To Supply The Edited Signal To The Media, Both Live And Delayed. E) The Assembly And Dismantling Of The Infrastructure And Equipment Necessary In Function Of The Nature Of The Act.F) The Assembly, Disassembly And Technical Control Of The Sound And Lighting Equipment, And Of Audiovisual And/Or Multimedia Necessary For The Development Of The Acts, As Well As The Control Of The Equipment And Of The Computer Programs When Images And Digital Presentations Are To Be Projected. The Object Of This Contract Also Includes The Supply, For Rent Or Sale, Of The Infrastructure, Technical Equipment, Furniture And Props Needed To Carry Out The Events
