7.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Social Services By Social Economy Entities As Part Of The Project Entitled: Polanowskie Center Of Social Services7.2. No Market Consultations Were Carried Out Before Initiating The Proceedings.7.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 7.4. The Ordering Party, After Analyzing The Subject Of The Order, Refrains From Dividing The Order Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services (Suo) Provided To The Same People Covered By Support, Who Constitute A Functionally And Organizationally Related Whole. Psychological, Educational And Therapeutic, Nursing And Physiotherapy Services Are Complementary And Require Consistent Coordination, A Uniform Schedule And Uniform Documentation. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Result In Organizational Difficulties, Risk Of Lack Of Continuity Of Services And Reduction Of The Quality Of Services Provided. Failure To Divide The Contract Into Parts Does Not Violate The Principles Of Fair Competition Or Equal Treatment Of Contractors, As The Contract May Also Be Performed By Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, In Accordance With Art. 58 Of The Public Procurement Law. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, Justifies The Waiver Of Dividing The Contract Into Parts By The Nature And Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract.7.5. The Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Annexes To The Swz: Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Contract Template.
