The project aims to develop three vacant plots of land and enhance the façades of surrounding buildings in a manner that reinforces the citys historical and cultural identity. The project consists of two main components: the first focuses on the development of three open spaces, and the second on the upgrading of surrounding building façades. This tender invites landscape consultancy firms to prepare the landscape and urban designs for the development of the two plots within the designated project area.
