Expression of Interest for Recruitment of a Firm for the Accounting and Financial Audit of the Project. Eligibility criteria, shortlist preparation, and selection procedure will comply with the Procurement Framework for operations financed by the African Development Bank Group, October 2015 edition, available at: www.afdb.org . Expression of interest by a consulting firm does not oblige the borrower to include it on the shortlist. Evaluation of expressions of interest and shortlist preparation will be based on: (i) the firms registration for 2025 with a nationally or regionally recognized professional accountancy body; (ii) the consultants (firms) experience in accounting and financial audit of development projects/programs financed by the AfDB or other donors.
