The Subject Of The Order Includes The Issuing, Providing, Loading And Servicing Of Food Vouchers On Physical Electronic Media By The Contractor For The Needs Of Vik Jsc, Lovech. The Activity Related To The Issuance, Provision, Loading And Servicing Of Food Vouchers On Physical Electronic Media Should Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Corporate Income Taxation (Cit), Ordinance No. 7 Of 07/09/2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking Permission To Carry Out Activities As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, For Issuing Food Vouchers On Electronic Media Carrier, The Characteristics Of Food Vouchers Issued On An Electronic Carrier And Carrying Out Activities As An Operator, (Ordinance No. 7 Of 07.09.2003), As Well As Other Current Applicable Regulations. The Provision Of Food Vouchers In Electronic Media Will Be Carried Out Through Monthly Requests From The Employer To The Contractor. The Electronic Food Vouchers Provided Are As Follows: - To Meet The Requirements Of Art. 209A, Para. 2, Item 6 Of The Law On Corporate Income Taxation (Cit); - Technically Meet The Conditions Under Art. 209A, Para. 2, Item 7 Of The Law On Corporate Income Taxation (Cit).
