Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity And Fulfillment Of Responsibilities As Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Sites Of The Anti-Corruption Commission
The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Low-Voltage Electricity (Lv) At Freely Agreed Prices And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of The Anti-Corruption Commission (Acc) Sites, In Accordance With The Energy Act (Ea), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Select A Supplier Of Active Electrical Energy And A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, According To Ptee, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 In Connection With Art. 11, Item 10 Of Ptee - Sale Of Electric Energy And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network (Network Services) And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Public Procurement Is Mixed Within The Meaning Of Art. 11 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) And Includes Activities With The Object Of Delivery Of Goods Through Purchase Under Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop, As Well As Activities With The Object Of Providing Services Under Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
