The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Quantities Of Low-Voltage Active Electrical Energy To The Sites Of The Nuclear Regulatory Agency And The Provision Of Services By Performing Activities As A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group In Accordance With The Energy Act (Ee), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period.
