Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food According To A Project Financed Under The Program For Food And Basic Material Support For Persons From The Target Groups Of The Municipality Of Shumen

The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Services For The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food According To The Project, After Securing Funding Under The Food Program And Basic Material Support For Persons From The Target Groups Of The Municipality Of Shumen Upon Prior Request From The Moment Of Concluding A Contract With The Selected Contractor For Approximately 480 Working Days (From 02.01.2026) Until The Deadline For Funding Under The Program (31.12.2027), In Including: 1. Preparation Of Ready-Made Food In Its Own Material Base, Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Law And Related By-Laws; 2. Packaging Of Ready-Made Food In A Way That Protects It From Contamination, In Single-Use Containers And Packaging Approved For Contact With Food; 3. Transportation Of The Ready-Made Food To The Designated Locations, With Vehicles Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Law And Related By-Laws. The Estimated Number Of Persons From The Target Groups In The Municipality Of Shumen, Determined To Be Entitled To Receive The Service Amounts To 700 Persons, Who Will Be Distributed According To The Protocol Of The Commission For The Selection Of Users And A Prepared List Of Persons Entitled. The Provision Of Ready-Made Food Is A Single Meal, Which Includes - Soup - Minimum 250 Grams, Main Course - Minimum 300 Grams (At Least One Of Which Is Meat), Bread - Minimum 150 Grams And Dessert At Least Once A Week - Minimum 150 Grams. The Technical Requirements That The Contracting Authority Sets Regarding The Performance Of The Service Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
