The Municipality Of Ivanovo Conducts A Public Procurement In Accordance With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Law - Negotiation Without Prior Announcement For The Appointment Of A Contractor For A Public Contract With The Subject: Winter Maintenance - Snow Removal And Sanding Of The Street Network On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Ivanovo According To Specific Items For The Winter Period 2025/2026, Specific Item No. 13: Winter Maintenance - Snow Removal Of Part Of The Street Network In The Village Of Mechka, Municipality Of Ivanovo. In View Of The Need To Fulfill The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Given The Provision Of Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Proceeds To Conduct A Negotiation Procedure Without Prior Notice. The Terms Of The Order Remain Unchanged Compared To Those In The Discontinued Procedure, Preserving The Requirements For The Participants And The Technical Parameters Of The Order. The Subject Covers Separate Item No. 13: Winter Maintenance - Snow Removal Of Part Of The Street Network In Mechka Village, Ivanovo Municipality, Which Has A Street Network Length Of 7,720 Km. The Public Order Includes Snow Removal According To The Conditions Described In The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract Attached To This Documentation. The Implementation Of The Activities Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-19 Of November 12, 2012 For The Maintenance And Ongoing Repair Of Roads. The Contractor Requires Mechanical Snow Removal. The Object Of The Order Is A Service And Includes The Activities Related To The Removal Of Snow From The Roadway. It Must Be Carried Out In A Timely, Fast And Quality Manner And Ensure Conditions For The Normal Flow Of Traffic And To Protect The Roads From The Formation Of Snowdrifts During Blizzards. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
