The Illinois Department of Revenue, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS), desires to establish Joint Purchase Master Contracts to enable the Department of Revenue and governmental units Collection Services for First Placements and Second Placements/Litigation for outstanding debt on an as needed basis during the contract period.
