Stage Within The Area With Designed Apartment Houses Including Connected Transport And Technical Infrastructure In The Village Of Heřmanova Huť. This Is Social Accommodation In Apartment Houses. The Subject Of This Documentation Is Only Apartment Houses, Pergola And Area Roads Incl. Paved Surfaces. The Other Objects Within The Building Action Were Permitted In The Zoning Decision And Change Of The Zoning Decision. The Proposed Construction Is Divided Into Two Stages, While Only Stage I, Which Is The Subject Of The Tender Process, Is Currently Being Implemented: • Stage I Includes Apartment House No. 1 And No. 2 Incl. Related Transport And Technical Infrastructure Located On Plots No. 35/9, 38 And 180/11. • Ii. Stage Includes Apartment House No. 3 And No. 4 Incl. Related Transport And Technical Infrastructure Located On Plot No. 37. – Not The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure The Contracting Authority Is Interested In Awarding A Public Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Socially Responsible Public Procurement. In Addition To The Emphasis On Purely Economic Parameters, Socially Responsible Contracting Also Takes Into Account Related Impacts, Especially In The Area Of Employment, Social And Labor Rights, And The Environment. The Contracting Authority Requires The Participant In The Procurement Procedure To Ensure Legal Employment, Fair Working Conditions And An Adequate Level Of Occupational Safety For All Persons Involved In The Performance Of The Public Contract When Fulfilling The Subject Of The Public Contract. The Participant In The Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Ensure This Requirement Of The Contracting Authority And With Its Subcontractors.
