Continuing Training Program For Education Professionals, Covering Teachers, Pedagogical Coordinators, School Counselors, Support Professionals And Managers, With A Workload Of 8 (Eight) Hours Per Meeting, Structured As Follows: In The Morning Shift, Performance Of 1 (One) Main Speaker And 1 (One) Motivational Speaker, And, In The Afternoon Shift, Performance Of 12 (Twelve) Workshops. The Program Will Be Carried Out On A Quarterly Basis, Totaling 3 (Three) Meetings, During The Teachers Teaching Time, With Emphasis On The Application Of Active Methodologies, Especially Learning Based On Problem Solving (Abp) And Project Construction, Considering As Assumptions The Principles And Guidelines Established In The National Common Curriculum Base - Bncc. The Training Activities Will Include Thematic Workshops Focusing On Playfulness, Interaction And Games For Early Childhood Education; In The Literacy And Literacy Process For The Initial And Final Years; In The Development Of Reading And Writing Practices, In The Concept Of Textual Genre And Its Application In The Classroom; As Well As In The Development Of Calculations Through Problem Solving, Practice And Logical Reasoning, Involving In A Contextualized Way The Descriptors Of The Areas Of Human Sciences And Natural Sciences., In-Person Training Program Aimed At The Technical And Pedagogical Advisory Teams Of The Municipal Department Of Education, Covering Managers, Coordinators, Directors And Pedagogical Advisors, With Position Scheduled For 4 (Four) Hours Per Meeting, Totaling 2 (Two) Meetings, Addressing Topics Related To The Management Of Educational Public Policies, The Contents Of Which Will Be Defined Within The Scope Of The Strategic Planning Processes Of The Management Team Of The Department Of Education., 06/01/2026 - 15:54:54
