The Information Systems Department Wishes To Replace Two Current Tools Dedicated To The Management Of Hr Processes And The Reporting Of Administrative Requests. The Objective Is To Have A Modern And Integrated Solution To Ensure The Continuity Of Hr Activities, Improve The User Experience And Optimize Internal Processes. The Solution Sought Must Cover In Particular The Management Of Hr Requests, Management Of Employee Files, Document Production, Electronic Signature, Administrative Processes As Well As Associated Functionalities. The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For The Integration Of The Solution, Deployment Support And Operational Support. This Consultation Is Made Up Of 1 Lot, The Services Of Which Are Described Below: - Functionalities: Request Management, Employee File Management, Mass Requests, Knowledge Base, Document Generation, Electronic Signature, Administrative Processes - Interfacing: Solution Which Integrates With Grdf Is: Hr4you (Employees, Organizations And Hr Documents: Pay Slips, Career Sheet, Cet, Etc.). Access To The Solution Via Sso According To Profile And Permissions - Reporting: Real-Time Monitoring Of Data: Signatures, Requests In Progress. Standard Reporting Customizable And Editable Reporting Dashboards For Activity Monitoring. Please Attach The Documents Listed Below To Your Application Form.
