The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment And Furniture For Two Childrens Playrooms, A Bathroom, A Cloakroom And A Wheelchair Room, A Managers Room, A Meal Distribution Room With A Utility Room And A Staff Room. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Document Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz. The Types Of Equipment And Devices Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Provided To Determine The Technical Standard. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them With Equipment And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions Proposed By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Equivalent Extent.3. The Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Be Assessed By The Ordering Party As One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers. The Ordering Party Requires That During The Guarantee And Warranty Period, All Repairs Or Replacements Covered By The Guarantee Or Warranty Be Made As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Costs Related To Repairs Or Replacement. Minimum Required Warranty Period - 3 Years (36 Months).4.
