Personnel Training Services – Conception And Implementation Of Training Courses For Employees With Administrative And Technical Tasks In Investment Management As Well As Elected Representatives Of The Federal Ministry For Research, Technology And Space. The Federal Government Finances Non-University Scientific Institutions To A Significant Extent And Must Be Responsible For The Use Of Tax Funds. The Federal Ministry Of Research, Technology And Space (Bmftr), With Its Offices In Bonn And Berlin, Therefore Sends Bmftr Employees As Representatives (Elected Representatives In The Supervisory Bodies) To The Supervisory Bodies Of The Research Institutions Of Various Legal Forms Funded By The Bmftr In Order To Monitor The Lawful, Orderly And Economic Management Activities As Well As The Pursuit Of The Federal Interest Manifested In The Companys Purpose. In Addition To The Elected Representatives In The Supervisory Bodies, Employees In The Departments That Manage The Participation Also Support The Federal Investments And The Funded Scientific Institutions In The Business Area. The Contractor Should Provide The Affected Bmftr Employees With The Necessary Knowledge Of Budgeting, Grants And Corporate Law By Designing And Carrying Out Training Courses Or Deepening Existing Knowledge. The Implementation Of The Training Courses Should Be Evaluated At The Same Time. The Overall Concept And Implementation Of The Training Must Be Coordinated With The Client, As The Training Should Be Supplemented By Science-Specific Elements From The Clients Practice Of Managing Investments.
