Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Prior Information Notice For The Coming Framework Agreement For Contractor Services, Municipal Engineering Installations.. Trondheim Municipality/C/O Municipal Engineering, Hereby Wishes To Notify The Market Of A Coming Procurement Of A Framework Agreement For Minor Construction Measures. Trondheim Municipality Intends To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With Several Contractors For Minor Site Measures Connected To Water, Sewage, Sanitation And Roads. The Site Measures Can Vary And Can Be Pure Projects Within Water And Sewage Installations, Roads Or Sanitation, Or They Can Constitute Combined Projects Where Several Disciplines Are Included. The Coming Framework Agreement Will Include Site Measures Of Varying Complexity And Size, Primarily Categorised As Smaller To Medium Sized Projects. Most Of The Assignments Will Be Located Within Trondheim Municipality. Emphasis Is Put On The Fact, However, That The Framework Agreements Can Also Be Used For Execution Of Work In Neighbouring Municipalities As Needed. The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That This Prior Information Notice Can Lead To A Deadline Shortening In The Coming Procurement, Cf. The Utilities Regulations § 17-3 And Chapter 16.The Contracting Authority Is Conducting A Market Dialogue During January (See The Separate Prior Information Notice), With A Subsequent Publication Of The Actual Procurement Estimated To The Start Of 2026.
