The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Expansion And Modernization Of The Traffic Information Center (Dic-3), Which Will Fully Comply With The Requirements Of Technical Conditions Tp 172 - Traffic Information Centers - Requirements For The Exchange, Processing And Distribution Of Data And Information, Approved By The Ministry Of Transport Of The Czech Republic As Amended, As Well As Directive (Eu) 2023/2661 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 22 November 2023, Which Amends The Directive 2010/40/Eu On The Framework For The Introduction Of Intelligent Transport Systems In The Field Of Road Transport And For The Interface With Other Modes Of Transport. The Modernized Traffic Information Center Will Provide Up-To-Date Information On The Traffic Situation, Accidents And Other Relevant Events, Will Enable Faster And More Accurate Responses To Traffic Incidents, Which Will Lead To Smoother And Safer Traffic And Will Enable Connection With The National Traffic Information Center Based In Ostrava (Hereinafter Referred To As Ndic) And The Implementation Of Data From The Communication Network Administrators. As Part Of The Performance Of This Public Order, The Delivery And Installation Of A Software System That Will Process Various Telematics Information And Communicate It To The Public In Various Ways Will Be Dealt With, As Well As The Supply Of Hw, Provision Of Prophylactic Service, Operator Training Including Trial Operation, As Well As Other Related Performance According To The Terms Of Reference. The Dic-3 System Solution Will Also Include A Module For Expert Traffic Assessment And Optimization Of Traffic Control On Light Signaling Devices At Intersections In The City Of Brno
