The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Development And Operation Of Dak-Gesundheits Cloud Center Of Excellence (Hereinafter Referred To As Ccoe). The Contractor Provides The Contractual Services As Managed Services. In This Context, Managed Services Means That The Contractor Provides A Defined Service As Part Of The Service Described In The Service Description. This Also Includes The Creation Of All Necessary Technical, Organizational And Procedural Requirements As Well As Continuous Further Development.
