The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of 1 (One) Number Of Factory New And Unused Electric Vehicles Meeting The Clean Vehicles Criteria. Съглaсно Изискванията На Чл. 47, Para. 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Vehicle Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles Specified In Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications With A Maximum Emission Of Exhaust Gases, Expressed In Co2 G/Km, And Emissions Of Pollutants Under Real Driving Conditions Below The Applicable Limit Values Of Emissions Defined In The Appendix To Art. 3 Of Ordinance No. H-21. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Warranty Service Of The Car In An Authorized Workshop And A Charging Station With A Power Of At Least 22Kw (Pvu).
