If Circumstances Arise, Leading To The Impossibility Of Fulfilling The Sellers Obligations Due To No Fault Of The Seller, Affecting The Type Of Fuel Specified In The Contract /With Code Under Cn 27101966/, Namely A Prolonged Lack Of The Specified Type Of Fuel In The Oil Bases On The Territory Of The Country, Then This Type Of Fuel Can Be Replaced With Another Type, Corresponding To Its Purpose, With Code Under Cn 27101944 Within The Total Quantity And While Maintaining The Relevant Price / Method Of Pricing/. Estimated Quantity: 100,000 L (One Hundred Thousand Liters). The Quantity Is Estimated And Is Based On Consumption For The Past Period, And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Request And Purchase It In Full.
