Data Sheet. To Provide Services For Refilling And Restoring Cartridges Providing Services For Refilling And Restoring Cartridges For The Customer’S Printing Equipment. Purpose Of The Purchase: Ensuring Uninterrupted Operation Of The Customers Office Equipment Through Timely Refilling, Restoration And Repair Of Cartridges. The Contractor Is Obliged To: Refill Laser And Inkjet Cartridges; Restoration (Repair) Of Cartridges With Replacement Of Necessary Components (Photoconductor, Squeegee, Magnetic Shaft, Chip, Etc.); Testing Of Cartridges After Refilling/Restoration; Removal And Delivery Of Cartridges To The Customer’S Territory (If Necessary); Acceptance Of Faulty Or Used Cartridges For Recycling (Under A Separate Agreement, If Required). After Completing The Work, The Cartridge Must Provide: Stable Print Quality, Absence Of Defects (Stripes, Spots, Gray Background); Print Resource, At Least 90% Of The Resource Of The Original Cartridge; Compatibility With The Customer’S Equipment Without Damaging The Equipment. The Ability To Complete Work Within No More Than 2 (Two) Working Days From The Date Of The Customer’S Application. The Warranty On Refilled/Remanufactured Cartridges Is At Least 30 Calendar Days. The Contractor Must Provide Delivery (If Necessary) At His Own Expense. The Work Is Carried Out Both On The Territory Of The Contractor And (By Agreement) On The Territory Of The Customer. The Transfer Of Cartridges Is Carried Out According To Acceptance Certificates. Upon Completion Of The Work, The Contractor Provides A Certificate Of Completion Containing Information About The Type And Quantity Of Cartridges Serviced. If Defects Are Identified, The Contractor Is Obliged To Eliminate Them Within 2 (Two) Working Days Without Additional Payment. In Case Of Repeated Malfunctions During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Replace The Cartridge At Its Own Expense.
